Refund Policy
The BeautyBiz LLC operates this website and offers products and services under the KayStylist brand.
All purchases made through the KayStylist brand are processed and fulfilled by The BeautyBiz LLC.
Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital access, The BeautyBiz LLC does not provide refunds, exchanges, cancellations, store credits, or partial refunds after purchase.
This policy applies to all digital and educational products, including:
- Digital courses
- Live challenges
- Recorded trainings
- Dashboards
- Tutorials
- eBooks
- PDFs
- Workbooks
- Templates
- Webinars
- Membership access
- Digital downloads
- Coaching and strategy resources
- Educational bundles
- Access codes
- Community access connected to a purchase
Digital materials may become accessible immediately after checkout through a download, email, dashboard, access code, account, or third party platform.
Because the purchaser receives access to proprietary materials that cannot be physically returned, purchases are nonrefundable.
Failure to Participate
Missing a live call, failing to attend a challenge, not completing the lessons, changing your mind, failing to implement the material, or no longer needing the product does not qualify for a refund.
Recordings
When a purchase does not include recordings, failure to attend the live session does not qualify for a refund.
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing the product description before checkout and selecting the correct access level.
Technical Issues
A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Contact support so the team can investigate the issue and assist with restoring access.
Duplicate Purchases
A verified accidental duplicate purchase of the exact same product may be reviewed when support is contacted within seven calendar days.
Approval is not automatic and will depend on the payment and access records.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after digital materials or access have been delivered may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of all related product access.
The BeautyBiz LLC may provide the payment processor with checkout disclosures, access records, download records, login records, product delivery records, and communication history when responding to a dispute.
